Purpose of this notice

Spanish law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) requires the operator of a commercial website to publish its identity and contact details, and to state the conditions under which the site may be used. Those details appear above; the conditions follow.

Use of this website

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to:

• attempt to interfere with its operation, security or availability;
• use automated means to extract content at a rate that degrades the service for others;
• submit booking requests you do not intend to honour, or other people’s personal data without their knowledge.

Bookings made through this site

A booking request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. The contract is formed only when we confirm the transfer by email. Prices shown are per vehicle and include VAT; they are valid for the route and vehicle class selected at the time of the request. See the terms and conditions for the full booking terms.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and source code of this site belong to the operator identified above, or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with a transfer booking. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires written permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, in particular prices and vehicle capacities. We do not, however, guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of error, and we are not liable for damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where this site links to third-party sites (for example a messaging service), we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the province of Málaga, except where consumer-protection rules give a consumer the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
